Logging out for the last time.

Same here, Daniel. For me Wolf was the reason I joined but my reason to be in PR morphed to just have a place to hang and chat since there was no ONE game to keep us all interested. We all did different games but this place was here so we could all catch up or talk about the new games we were into. My gaming has fallen a LOT since I got married. Financial and family burdens make it hard for me to find the time to just game, though I do now and then but with an older system the newer games make it hard to play. Bad Company 2 is the last new game I bought and once everyone moved from that there was no gaming for me with the group. Now I am back to Wolf on ECGN and though it's a mere shadow of the great games we had in the past it's still fun, hackers or not.
I will still check here until the site is gone and on that day I will be very sad. I hope we can all keep on checking in and chatting on here for awhile.
Jon, Joe, Christine, Carl, Sammy, Scott, George and Jesse...if I don't chat with you on here again it was a pleasure these years being in Phoenix Rising with you.

How many of us are play'n BF3

I disagree! Some of my most hated moments were being trapped at the last spawn by tanks; the only way to kill a tank instantly was to drop a bunch of C4 on it (remember, tanks could repair themselves just by virtue of being next to another vehicle with an engineer driver) and when they nerfed it in BF2, it was nearly impossible to plant C4 (it was handy to toss it over an inpenetrible fence) I stopped playing Spec Ops (except when I wanted happy fun times by loading the nose of a transport chopper with C4, and kamikazeeing it into a tank (or group of tanks).

You guys look great!!! Diab looks like the EXECUTIVE!!!! G Great to see you bro!! Euro and his shirt....what's left to say :D

HA! I was coming directly from work and had meetings that day. That's a new suit and turns out to be one of my favorite ones. It's a Ralph Lauren "Green Label" which are usually like $1,000+ but I happened to go to Men's Wearhouse and find this one on clearance - the last one they had and it was in my size. Since I lost 10 pounds I've been able to buy a little tighter fitting suits and this one fits really nicely. Thanks for the props.

It was great seeing George again. He and I met a few years ago in Chicago, along with ph4ge (a/k/a Chris) and recycled (a/k/a Sgt. Sam). But this time I got to meet George's new girl, too. We had a good time that night with euro showing up at the last minute. We had some beers together down in Ybor City while George's better half was doing her wedding duties and even went out to shoot a few games of pool. I also gave him my signature scent, which is burning rubber, out in the parking lot.

Then I got to take George and Robin out to dinner along with my wife. There was a bit of a mix up on the transportation that night but fortunately the restaurant was right across the street from their hotel and they had a rental car. So we got to sit down and have dinner together at "Crabby Bill's" which is a local seafood restaurant that sits right on the water. We had a few drinks afterwards and a nice discussion. G and I swapped stories and opinions about motorcycles while the girls talked about whatever they talked about.

I'd planned to spend another evening with the G-Man but my wife got sick and I had to tend to her.

All in all, I had a great time visiting with George and Robin. We talked about me visiting them some time in the future when I take a vacation. So here's to hoping I'll get to see their side of town some day in the not too distant future.

I think I might have some pics. If I can find them I'll post them up soon as possible.
